Cancellation requests must be received via email.

After 5PM on Day Prior to Confirmed Appointment = 50% of Inspection Fee
Same Day as Confirmed Inspection = 100% of Inspection Fee

commercial inspections (excluding phase i esa)

Cancellation requests must be received via email.

Within 2 Business Days Prior to Confirmed Appointment = 50% of Inspection Fee
Same Day as Confirmed Inspection = 100% of Inspection Fee

Phase i environmental assessments

Cancelled Phase I Environmental Site Assessments do not qualify for refunds of deposit due to costs incurred by the Inspection firm prior to the date of the Inspection.
